Tidy grass and hedgerow around a Devon property

MID & EAST DEVON

Grounds Maintenance in Devon

A regular, reliable visit that keeps the ground looking after itself — mowing, hedge work and the seasonal jobs that keep a place tidy all year.

Someone who turns up

We look after gardens, paddock edges, yards and commercial ground on a set cycle — weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly, whichever suits the place. Grass cutting and strimming, hedge trimming done in the right season, and the odd dead shrub or unwanted sapling taken out while we're there.

It's all done by us, with our own kit and our own waste arrangements, and the ground is left cleared — cuttings and green waste taken away, not left in heaps. If you'd like a note of what's been done and what's coming up next, we can keep that too.

Not sure what your trees need? Send a few details and a photo and we'll tell you honestly.

Grounds maintenance questions

How often do you visit?

Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly — whichever the ground needs. A small garden is usually monthly with a couple of extra hedge visits, while paddock edges and commercial ground often suit a quarterly cycle plus an autumn clearance.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, everything — mowers, strimmers, chippers and vans. You don't need to store anything for us or leave tools out between visits.

Can you take on a large or awkward area?

Most likely. We handle everything from a domestic garden to paddock edges, farm yards, business units and churchyards, and we bring the machine that suits the ground rather than forcing one that doesn't fit.

What happens to the green waste?

It's collected and removed on the same visit. Nothing is left in heaps or burned on site unless you've asked for chip to be left as mulch.

How much does maintenance cost?

It's quoted as a regular rate for the ground and the cycle you want rather than job by job, so you know what to expect each month. Quotes are free after we've seen the site — no obligation.
